Personal Profile

I began my professional journey in 2005 and have since worked on a number of solo and collaborative projects. I'm currently a strategist with experience in business consulting, strategy, digital transformation, facilitation, design thinking, product management, and innovation.

I have a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and I'm passionate about applying the science of human behavior in business environments. I believe in creating a strong culture that keeps employees engaged, productive, and innovative. I'm a visionary driver, empathetic researcher, and constant questioner.

I believe in finding solutions to problems, NOT problems for solutions. I use a human centered design approach to focus on the problems and design thinking concepts to facilitate continuous discovery from incubation to deployment and beyond.  

Currently based in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
Open to remote, consulting, or ad-hoc opportunities. Willing to relocate to the western United States.
